研究目的：

本研究设计运用改良“六字诀”联合推拿治疗对产后腹直肌分离患者进行治疗，探讨其对患者腰背疼痛、呼吸障碍、盆底肌群功能减退、抑郁情绪等问题的干预效果，为其在临床推广应用中提供理论和实践依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the use of improved Liuzijue Qigong combined with massage therapy was used to treat postpartum patients with abrectus separation, to explore the intervention effect on patients with low back pain, breathing disorders, pelvic floor muscle group function loss, depression and other problems, so as to provide theoretical and practical basis for its clinical application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）患者产后腹直肌分离＞2cm；
（2）产后42d-半年；
（3）年龄≤50岁；
（4）治疗过程中患者配合并能完成所需检查项目，均签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

(1) The separation of the rectus abdominis after delivery was > 2cm;
(2) 42d-half a year postpartum;
(3) Age ≤50 years old;
(4) Patients cooperated and completed the required examination items during the treatment, and all signed informed consent;

排除标准：

（1）先天腹壁发育不良；
（2）手术伤口愈合不全，瘢痕开裂；
（3）泌尿生殖系统急性炎症；
（4）有认知功能障碍者；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) congenital dysplasia of abdominal wall;
(2) Surgical wound healing is incomplete, scar cracking;
(3) acute inflammation of genitourinary system;
(4) people with cognitive dysfunction;
