研究目的：

进一步评价玉屏通窍片治疗持续性变应性鼻炎（肺脾两虚证）的有效性和安全性，为申报注册提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To further evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yuping Tongqiao tablet in the treatment of persistent allergic rhinitis (syndrome of deficiency of lung and spleen), and to provide a basis for registration.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18～65周岁（含18和65周岁），性别不限；
（2）符合持续性变应性鼻炎诊断标准（症状发作≥4d/周，且≥连续4周）；
（3）符合中医辨证肺脾两虚证；
（4）鼻部症状“喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻痒”至少有2项为中度或重度（评分≥2分）；
（5）筛选期皮肤点刺试验和/或血清特异性IgE抗体检测至少一种常年性过敏原（尘螨、蟑螂、动物皮屑等）阳性；
（6）自愿参加本项临床试验并签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged between 18 and 65 (including 18 and 65), regardless of gender;
2. Consistent with the diagnostic criteria of persistent allergic rhinitis (symptom onset >= 4d/ week, and >= consecutive 4 weeks);
3. Comply with TCM syndrome differentiation of lung and spleen deficiency syndrome;
4. At least two of the nasal symptoms of "sneezing, runny nose, stuffy nose, itchy nose" were moderate or severe (score >= 2);
5. Screening stage skin prick test and/or serum-specific IgE antibody detection of at least one perennial allergen (dust mite, cockroach, animal dander, etc.) positive;
6. Volunteer to participate in this clinical trial and sign a written informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）合并严重鼻中隔偏曲、鼻窦炎、鼻息肉、肥厚性鼻炎等鼻部器质性病变；
（2）合并支气管哮喘、咳嗽变异性哮喘等各类型哮喘；
（3）筛选前接受过变应原免疫治疗或6个月内接受过鼻部手术治疗；
（4）筛选前30天内使用过鼻内用或系统性使用皮质类固醇、白三烯调节剂、抗IgE治疗；14天内使用过抗组胺药、肥大细胞膜稳定剂；7天内使用过抗胆碱药、中药治疗及其它对AR有治疗作用的如针灸、穴位贴敷等非药物治疗；3天内使用过减充血剂治疗；或因合并疾病计划在研究期间使用上述药物或治疗（不包括本项研究规定使用的应急装置）；
（5）肾功能Scr大于参考值上限或肝功能ALT、AST>1.5倍参考值上限；
（6）合并严重心、脑、肝、肾、呼吸系统、循环系统、内分泌系统、免疫系统、造血系统等主要器官或系统的严重疾病（如急性心肌梗死、恶性肿瘤、肺结核、重症高血压、糖尿病酮症酸中毒等糖尿病合并症、HIV等免疫缺陷疾病、类风湿关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮等自身免疫性疾病、白血病等）；
（7）妊娠、哺乳期妇女，或未来半年内有生育计划，或不愿在试验期间、停药后半年内采取有效避孕措施；
（8）对试验用药品成分有过敏史；
（9）鼻腔大面积创伤，或严重氯化钠过敏或氯化钠代谢障碍；
（10）有长期酗酒、药物滥用史；
（11）有智力障碍或精神障碍；
（12）近3个月内参加过其他药物或者医疗器械临床试验；
（13）研究者认为不适宜参加本临床试验，根据研究者判定，受试者因身体、文化水平或工作环境经常变动（试验期间有外地出差或旅居需要）等原因，而可能对方案任何方面（包括访视计划和日记卡或问卷的完成）的依从性产生影响。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Complicated with severe nasal septum deviation, sinusitis, nasal polyp, hypertrophic rhinitis, and other organic lesions of the nose;
2. Bronchial asthma, cough variant asthma, and other types of asthma;
3. Prior to the screening, patients received allergen immunotherapy or nasal surgery within 6 months;
4. Intranasal or systemic use of corticosteroids, leukotriene modulators, and anti-ige therapy within 30 days prior to screening; Antihistamines and mast cell membrane stabilizers were used within 14 days; He has used anticholinergic drugs, Traditional Chinese medicine, and other non-drug treatments such as acupuncture and acupoint application for AR within 7 days; Treatment with decongestant within 3 days; Or plan to use these drugs or treatments during the study period (excluding emergency devices required for use in this study) due to concomitant medical conditions;
5. Scr of renal function was greater than the upper limit of the reference value or ALT and AST of liver function were more than 1.5 times the upper limit of the reference value;
6. and severe heart, brain, liver, kidney, respiratory system, circulatory system, hematopoietic system, endocrine system, immune system, and other major organ or system serious diseases (such as acute myocardial infarction (mi), malignant tumor, tuberculosis, severe hypertension, diabetes complications such as diabetic ketoacidosis, immunodeficiency diseases such as HIV, such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus (sle) since autoimmune diseases, leukemia, etc.);
7. Women who are pregnant or breast-feeding, or have a birth plan within the next six months, or are unwilling to take effective contraceptive measures during the trial period or within six months after drug withdrawal;
8. Have a history of allergy to the ingredients of the test drug;
9. Large area nasal trauma, severe sodium chloride allergy, or sodium chloride metabolism disorder;
10. Have a long history of alcohol and drug abuse;
11. Have mental retardation or mental disorder;
12. Have participated in clinical trials of other drugs or medical devices within the past 3 months;
13. The researchers think that is not suitable to participate in this clinical trial, according to the researchers to determine the subjects because of physical, cultural level, or work environment often changes (experiments have Beijing on a business trip or living needs), and the possible solution anyway (including a visit planning and diary card or the completion of the questionnaire) compliance.
