研究目的：

本研究指再探讨不明原因反复种植失败患者中胰岛素抵抗对妊娠结局的影响，以及探索二甲双胍是否能改善妊娠结局。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this retrospective study is to investigate the association between IR and pregnancy outcomes in URIF patients, as well as to evaluate the potential benefits of metformin therapy in improving pregnancy outcomes in this population.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 年龄20-40岁 (2) 至少三个周期反复种植失败史 (3) BMI≤30 kg/m2 (4)男女双方染色体正常；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 20-40 years old; (2) Diagnosed as RIF (embryo implantation failure frequency ≥ 3 times); (3) BMI less than 30 kg/m2; (4) Both male and female chromosomes are normal;

排除标准：

排除标准： 1）男女双方任意一方染色体核型异常 2）有子宫内膜病变者（既往宫腔粘连史、子宫内膜息肉及粘膜下肌瘤未做治疗、既往子宫内膜结核等） 3）生殖道畸形 4）存在输卵管积水未行输卵管结扎者 5）子宫腺肌症 6）自身免疫系统疾病 7）其他内分泌疾病（甲状腺功能异常）、高泌乳素血症 8）血栓形成倾向患者 9）数据不全及失访患者

Exclusion criteria：

1) Chromosomal abnormalities in either party (male or female). 2) Individuals with uterine endometrial lesions (history of intrauterine adhesions, untreated endometrial polyps or submucosal fibroids, past history of uterine endometrial tuberculosis). 3) Reproductive tract anomalies. 4) Individuals with tubal hydronephrosis who have not undergone tubal ligation. 5) Adenomyosis. 6)Autoimmune system diseases. 7)Other endocrine disorders (abnormal thyroid function), hyperprolactinemia. 8)Patients with a tendency for thrombus formation. 9)Incomplete data and loss to follow-up patients
