研究目的：

本研究的主要目的是分析导致髋部骨折术后脓毒血症的危险因素，并建立90天脓毒血症的Nomogram风险预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this study is to analyze the risk factors leading to postoperative sepsis in elderly hip fractures and establish a Nomogram risk prediction model for sepsis at 90 days.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准：1)髋关节骨折，包括股骨颈骨折、股骨转子间骨折、股骨头骨折；2)一周以内的新鲜髋部骨折。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Hip fracture, including femoral neck fracture, intertrochanteric fracture and femoral head fracture; 2) Fresh hip fractures within one week.

排除标准：

排除标准：1)陈旧性髋部骨折；2)合并其他部位的多发骨折；3)入院前合并压疮的患者；4)术后髋关节手术翻修的患者；5)股骨干骨折；6)服用免疫抑制药物的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: 1) Old hip fracture; 2) Merge multiple fractures in other parts; 3) Patients with pressure ulcers before admission; 4) Patients undergoing hip joint surgery revision after surgery; 5) Femoral shaft fracture; 6) Patients taking immunosuppressive drugs.
