研究目的：

构建并验证老年患者在急诊科发生院内心脏骤停的早期预警模型，以精准化、个体化预测此类患者发生CA的风险。  

Objectives of Study：

The early warning model of in-hospital cardiac arrest in elderly patients in the emergency department was constructed and verified to accurately and individually predict the risk of IHCA in such patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥60周岁；②患者或法定代理人签署知情同意书，自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

①Aged 60 or greater,Both genders. ②Signed informed consent.

排除标准：

①院外心脏骤停患者；②若有多次我院急诊就诊记录，仅将最后1次就诊信息纳入研究（因为心脏骤停常导致患者死亡）；③潜在风险变量缺失超过5%的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

①out-hospital cardiac arrest; ②If there were records of multiple emergency visits to our hospital, only the information of the last visit was included in the study(Because cardiac arrest often leads to death); ③More than 5% of the underlying risk variables were missing.
