本研究旨在通过定性研究，从35-64岁女性的角度探讨低卫生资源地区乳腺癌防控的阻碍和促进因素；并通过整群随机对照试验，评估干预技术的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

We aim to (1) conduct qualitative studies to explore the barriers and enablers of breast cancer screening from users' perspectives in low medical resource areas; (2) evaluate the interventions generated from qualitative studies and based on an online intelligent management system for improving the uptake of breast cancer screening.

纳入标准：

个人访谈的研究对象为低卫生资源地区35-64岁参与和未参与过乳腺癌筛查的当地妇女；整群随机对照试验的研究对象为低卫生资源地区35-64岁三年内未进行乳腺癌筛查的当地妇女。

Inclusion criteria

Individual interviews involving (1) women who have participated in breast cancer screening and (2) women who have not participated in breast cancer screening. We will recruit local women aged 35-64 years. For Cluster RCT, inclusion criteria are (1) women who are local residents, (2) women aged 35-64 years old, and (3) women who have not participated in breast cancer screening within three years.

（1）没有智能手机（2）正在参加或参加过类似的实验。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria include (1) women who cannot have mobile devices and (2) women who have participated in similar trials.

智能干预手段的实现依赖于基线调查的结果。智能平台将会自动分析基线调查中妇女的选择结果完成用户画像，根据健康行为模型，快速定位出妇女的空缺知识、促进因素和障碍。智能平台将会定制信息，定期推送给妇女来填补妇女的知识缺口，影响妇女的筛查行为。同时，根据定性研究中妇女参与设计的干预手段，智能系统将整合共同特征的妇女，进行统一干预。

An intelligent management system will automatically analyze the results after women finish questionnaires and generate user profiles. Since the questionnaire is based on health behavior models, this system could quickly locate the knowledge gap, enablers, and barriers among women. Specific interventions will be analyzed and extracted from the qualitative study. In this case, this system will intelligently push tailored information and knowledge to fill the gap of women to influence their behavior and locate the people with the same barriers to provide specific interventions.

Village/Town will be stratified by counties and randomly assigned into two arms: (1) normal education (control group); and (2) specific interventions based on an online intelligent management system.
