研究目的:

(1)定性探索影响中国低卫生资源地区11-13岁女童父母对女童HPV疫苗接种的障碍和促进因素; (2)基于定性研究结果和智能干预系统,通过整群随机对照试验评估在中国低卫生资源地区干预措施对提高HPV疫苗接种率的效果。  

Objectives of Study:

(1) conduct qualitative studies to explore the barriers and enablers of HPV vaccine for grils aged 11-13 years from parents' perspectives in low medical resource areas; (2) evaluate the interventions generated from qualitative studies and based on an online intelligent management system for improving the uptake of HPV vaccine rate.

纳入标准:

面对面访谈将会招募具有不同特征的11-13岁女孩的家长,包括(1)已经接种HPV疫苗的女孩与尚未接种HPV疫苗的女孩;以及(2)母亲与父亲。 整群随机对照试验的纳入标准为①拥有当地户籍②年龄在11-13岁的女孩的父母③女孩未接种过HPV疫苗。

Inclusion criteria

For face to face interview, we will invite parents who have daughters aged 11-13 years with different characteristics, including (1) the girl who has accepted the HPV vaccine and the girl who has not accepted the HPV vaccine yet, and (2) mother and father. For Cluster RCT, eligibility criteria are (1) local residents, (2) parents of girls aged from 11-13 years old, and (3) girls who have not gotten the HPV vaccine.

排除标准:

排除标准为①没有移动电子设备②参加过类似试验的父母或女童。

Exclusion criteria:

Exclusion criteria include (1) parents who cannot have mobile devices and (2) parents or girls who have participated in similar trials.

智能干预手段的实现依赖于基线调查的结果。智能平台将会自动分析基线调查中父母的选择结果完成用户画像,根据健康行为模型,快速定位出父母的空缺知识、促进因素和障碍。智能平台将会定制信息,定期推送给父母来填补妇女的知识缺口,影响父母带女童接种HPV疫苗的行为。同时,根据定性研究中父母参与设计的干预手段,智能系统将整合共同特征的父母,进行统一干预。

An intelligent management system will automatically analyze the results after parents finish questionnaires and generate user profiles. Since the questionnaire is based on health behavior models, this system could quickly locate the knowledge gap, enablers, and barriers among parents. Specific interventions will be analyzed and extracted from the qualitative study. In this case, this system will intelligently push tailored information and knowledge to fill the gap of parents to influence their behavior and locate the people with the same barriers to provide specific interventions.
