纳入标准：

18-75岁，签署知情同意书的成功完成胃镜检查的肝硬化合并食管静脉曲张患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients aged 18-75 years with cirrhosis and esophageal varices who successfully completed gastroscopy with written informed consent

排除标准：

不同意胃镜检查，或者不能配合完成内镜检查，食管狭窄，无法完整观察食管、胃。

Exclusion criteria：

Do not consent to gastroscopy, or can not cooperate to complete the endoscopy, esophageal stenosis, unable to observe the esophagus and stomach.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

在随机对照试验之前，对所有入组静脉曲张图片进行高年资医师阅片，记录相关数据，建立测试集和验证集，并进行特征选取，通过YOLOv5进行模型建立。模型建立后进行进一步的验证。通过人工智能计算方法，基于评估系统的数据建立食管静脉曲张尺寸自动测量系统。数据的管理由专人负责，保证入组患者数据的隐私安全。内镜图像系统收集的内镜图像作为本次研究的重要资料来源，针对相关医学图像采集、数据安全及隐私、数据知情同意等问题，都将进行严格的规范化要求。高年资医师对病变尺寸判断的有效性决定了AI系统的判断准确性。另外，要最大程度保护受试者的利益和隐私。按照规定及时向医学伦理委员会、科教科医务科等部门报告严重不良事件与非预期事件等；主要研究者定期对所有不良事件进行总结，必要时召开研究者会议评估研究的风险与获益。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Before the randomized controlled trial, all the enrolled varicose veins were read by senior doctors, the relevant data were recorded, the test set and validation set were established, and the features were selected, and the model was established by YOLOv5. The model was further validated after the establishment of the model. Through artificial intelligence calculation method, an automatic measurement system of esophageal varices size was established based on the data of the evaluation system. Data management was conducted by special personnel to ensure the privacy and security of the enrolled patients' data. The endoscopic images collected by the endoscopic image system are an important source of data in this study. Strict and standardized requirements will be carried out for related medical image acquisition, data security and privacy, and data informed consent. The accuracy of the AI system depends on the effectiveness of the senior doctors in judging the lesion size. In addition, the interests and privacy of the subjects should be protected to the greatest extent. To report serious adverse events and unexpected events to the medical ethics Committee, the Department of Science, Education, Medicine and other departments in a timely manner according to regulations; All adverse events were summarized regularly by the principal investigators, and investigators met as necessary to assess the risks and benefits of the study.
