研究目的：

1.通过测量Twin-block功能矫治后软组织的改变，评估Twin-block矫治器的疗效，为临床中矫治器及矫治时间的选择提供参考依据。 2.通过测量不同性别，生长型，覆合覆盖的患者矫治后的软组织改变，初步探讨Twin-block矫治器矫治效果稳定性的相关因素，为临床选择合适的适应证及保持时间提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. By measuring the changes in soft tissue after Twin block functional correction, evaluate the efficacy of Twin block appliances, and provide reference for the selection of appliances and treatment time in clinical practice. 2. By measuring the soft tissue changes of patients with different genders, growth types, and overlapping coverage after correction, we preliminarily explore the relevant factors for the stability of the Twin block appliance's correction effect, providing a reference basis for clinical selection of appropriate indications and retention time.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Twin-block矫治前标准(1)安氏II类1分类错颌畸形;(2)上颌骨发育正常或者略发育过度，下颌骨发育不足;(3)从侧面看，美观较差，下颌骨明显发育不足，颏部后缩，下颌前伸至切对切时侧貌明显改善;(4)下前牙没有明显拥挤不齐;(5)根据颈椎成熟分析法治疗前处于CS1-CS3;（6）上下齿槽座角(ANB角)>≥4.5°;（7）下颌平面角FMA的值FMA≤28°; 满足以上标准的Twin-block早期矫治刚刚结束，尚未进行二期治疗的患者

Inclusion criteria

Twin block pre treatment criteria (1) Angular Class II Class 1 malocclusion; (2) The development of the maxilla is normal or slightly overdeveloped, while the development of the mandible is insufficient; (3) From a side view, the appearance is poor, with obvious underdevelopment of the mandible, chin retraction, and significant improvement in the lateral appearance when the mandible extends forward to the incision; (4) There is no obvious crowding or unevenness in the lower anterior teeth; (5) According to the cervical maturity analysis method, the patient was in CS1-CS3 before treatment; (6) Upper and lower tooth slot seat angle (ANB angle)>≥ 4.5 °; (7) The value of mandibular plane angle FMA is ≤ 28 °; Twin-block patients who have just completed early correction and have not yet undergone secondary treatment that meet the above criteria

排除标准：

（1）系统性疾病，综合征，先天性异常；（2）正畸治疗史；（3)面部偏斜；（4）有颌骨外伤史。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Systemic diseases, syndromes, congenital abnormalities; (2) History of orthodontic treatment; (3) Facial deviation; (4) Have a history of jawbone trauma.
