研究目的：

探究艾司氯胺酮相比于瑞芬太尼对肾交感神经消融术低氧血症发生率的区别  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the difference between esketamine and refentanil in the incidence of renal denervation hypoxemia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本试验是一项前瞻性、双盲的随机对照试验，选择参与时年满 18 岁、ASA分级为I–III、BMI为19-27kg/m2、计划在不插管的基础麻醉下进行择期肾动脉交感神经消融术患者随机分为艾司氯胺酮组（S组）和瑞芬太尼组（R组）并假设艾司氯胺酮组相对瑞芬太尼组可以降低对肾交感神经消融术低氧血症发生率 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

参与时满18岁、ASA分级为I–III、BMI为19-27kg/m2、计划在不插管的基础麻醉下进行择期肾动脉交感神经消融术的患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation, with ASA grade I–III and BMI of 19-27 kg/m2, who are scheduled to undergo elective renal artery sympathetic ablation under basic anesthesia without intubation

排除标准：

1.对艾司氯胺酮或瑞芬太尼过敏的患者。 2.使用影响中枢神经系统的药物。 3.慢性疼痛。 4.严重的缺血性心脏病；心力衰竭（射血分数 <40%）。 5.严重呼吸系统疾病（肺活量和/或用力呼气量 <50%）。 6.肝肾功能异常。 7.神经精神疾病或药物滥用史。 8.无法配合量表评估。 9.处于怀孕或哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are allergic to esketamine or remifentanil. 2. Use of drugs that affect the central nervous system. 3. Chronic pain. 4. Severe ischemic heart disease; Heart failure (ejection fraction <40%). 5. Severe respiratory disease (spirometry and/or forced expiratory volume <50%). 6. Abnormal liver and kidney function. 7. History of neuropsychiatric illness or substance abuse. 8. Unable to cooperate with the scale assessment. 9. Pregnant or lactating.
