本研究将探讨脂质体布比卡因与盐酸布比卡因超声引导髋关节囊周围神经阻滞用于髋部骨折术后的镇痛效果与预后分析比较，为髋部骨折手术的临床麻醉提供指导。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will compare the analgesic effect and prognosis analysis of liposomal bupivacaine and hydrochloric acid bupivacaine ultrasound guided hip joint capsule peripheral nerve block for postoperative hip fracture surgery, providing guidance for clinical anesthesia in hip fracture surgery.

纳入标准：

1.美 国 麻 醉 医 师 协 会(American Society of Anesthesiologists, ASA) 分级II或III级, 2.体重指数( Body Mass Index，BMI) 18~ 30 kg / m2 ， 3.年龄18~86岁。

Inclusion criteria

The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) is classified as Grade II or III, with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 18-30 kg/m2 and an age range of 18-86 years old. The relevant informed consent form was signed one day before surgery.

排除标准：

1.局麻药过敏史， 2.穿刺部位皮肤感染或破损， 3.严重凝血功能障碍， 4.认知功能或精神障碍不配合患者，

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with a history of local anesthesia allergy, skin infection or damage at the puncture site, severe coagulation dysfunction, cognitive or mental disorders who do not cooperate,

计划入组60例研究对象，分为两组，分别使用脂质体布比卡因药和盐酸布比卡因药：(1) 事先拟定60个研究对象序号；(2) 产生随机数字（此处用随机数字表法）；(3) 规定随机数字为奇数的研究对象分到A组，偶数分到B组；(4) 规定A组使用脂质体布比卡因药，B组使用盐酸布比卡因药；(5) 留存随机分配方案的文件。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

60 study subjects are planned to be enrolled and divided into two groups, using liposome bupivacaine and hydrochloric acid bupivacaine drugs: (1) 60 study object serial numbers are planned in advance; (2) Generate random numbers (using the random number table method here); (3) Research subjects with odd random numbers are assigned to Group A and even numbers to Group B; (4) Group A was prescribed to use liposome bupivacaine, while Group B was prescribed to use hydrochloric acid bupivacaine; (5) Retain files for random allocation plans.
