研究目的：

回顾性收集新生儿病例资料，探索并筛选出新生儿酸中毒独立危险及保护因素，构建列线图预测模型，以预测新生儿酸中毒风险。  

Objectives of Study：

A retrospective data collection was conducted. To explore the independent risk factors of neonatal acidosis (FA), and to construct a prediction model and constants to predict the risk of FA.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄介于20~40岁； （2）ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅱ级； （3）单胎妊娠； （4）自然分娩； （5）病历资料完整的产妇。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-20 years; 2. ASA I-III; 3. Singleton pregnancy ; 4. spontaneous labor; 5. The clinical data were complete .

排除标准：

（1）合并前置胎盘或胎盘早剥等病理产科的产妇； （2）病历资料不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with placenta previa, placental abruption, and placenta accreta; 2. Patients with incomplete medical records;
