白癜风(vitiligo)是一种常见的色素缺失性皮肤病,以黑素细胞的选择性破坏为特征,典型的临床表现是可出现在身体任何部位的边缘明显的乳白色的斑片。白癜风对患者的外貌影响大,严重影响患者生活,在全球的发病率为0.5%-2%,目前我国人群发病率约为 1%,呈逐年增高趋势,并且近年来白癜风的发病年龄逐渐年轻化。这种损容性皮肤病经常累及手部,面部等皮肤暴露部位,使患者产生羞耻感,对患者的心理造成打击,使患者承受了巨大的社会压力,极度影响患者的心理健康及生活质量。

研究目的:

本研究拟通过开展双向性观察性临床研究,通过分子实验手段检测分析不同活动度的白癜风患者以及健康人群血清金属离子紊乱情况以及皮损处黑素细胞的金属离子死亡标志物水平,描述白癜风患者外周血及皮损处金属离子紊乱的情况,揭示金属离子紊乱水平与白癜风活动度的相关性,为寻找白癜风新的发病机制及治疗靶点提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study:

This study intends to conduct a bidirectional observational clinical study to detect and analyze the disorder of metal ions in serum of vitiligo patients and healthy people with different activity levels and the level of metal ion death markers in melanocytes in skin lesions through molecular experiments and to describe the disorder of metal ions in peripheral blood and skin lesions of vitiligo patients To reveal the correlation between metal ion disorder level and vitiligo activity and provide theoretical basis for finding new pathogenesis and therapeutic targets of vitiligo This study intends to conduct a bidirectional observational clinical study to detect and analyze the disorder of metal ions in serum of vitiligo patients and healthy people with different activity levels and the level of metal ion death markers in melanocytes in skin lesions through molecular experiments and to describe the disorder of metal ions in peripheral blood and skin lesions of vitiligo patients To reveal the correlation between metal ion disorder level and vitiligo activity and provide theoretical basis for finding new pathogenesis and therapeutic targets of vitiligo

纳入标准:

明确诊断为白癜风的患者,性别不限,年龄不限;入组前 3 个月没有使用过激素治疗并且未进行过光疗;无糖尿病、自身免疫性甲状腺炎、恶性贫血、银屑病、特应性皮炎和 其他炎症性皮肤病; 无心肺功能异常、无肝肾等系统疾病、凝血功能无异常

Inclusion criteria

Patients diagnosed with vitiligo are of all genders and ages;There was no hormone therapy and no phototherapy in the first 3 months;There was no diabetes, autoimmune thyroiditis, pernicium anemia, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis or other inflammatory skin diseases;No abnormal cardiopulmonary function, no liver and kidney diseases, no abnormal coagulation function
