研究目的：

为皮肤科医生和AD患者在常规临床实践中找到一种在达标治疗理念下管理疾病的最佳方法  

Objectives of Study：

The overall goal is to find a best way for both dermatologists and patients with atopic dermatitis to manage the disease in a Treat-to-Target framework in routine clinical practice.

纳入标准：

1.性别不限；2.临床及实验室诊断符合中重度特应性皮炎；3.初发患者或复发患者；4.中重度患者︰SCORAD≥25；5.患者自愿参加本试验，签署知情同意书，并同意在试验过程中按照研究者要求及时进行访视。

Inclusion criteria

1. Gender is not limited; 2. Clinical and laboratory diagnosis consistent with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis; 3. Patients with initial onset or relapse; 4. Moderate to severe patients: SCORAD≥25; 5. The patient voluntarily participates in the trial, signs the informed consent form, and agrees to visit in time during the trial in accordance with the requirements of the investigator.
