研究目的：

1. 了解骨肿瘤患者术后是否存在PTG现象，以及PTG的水平 2. 了解在经历手术的初期（术后1个月内），骨肿瘤患者PTG的变化轨迹 3. 了解手术事件对骨肿瘤患者的心理影响程度 4. 探讨手术事件对患者的心理影响程度与PTG的关系 5. 分析骨肿瘤患者术后1个月内PTG水平的影响因素  

Objectives of Study：

1. To understand whether PTG exists in patients with bone tumors after surgery, and the level of PTG 2.To understand the trajectory of PTG in patients with bone tumors during the initial period of surgery (within 1 month after surgery) 3. To understand the psychological impact of surgical events on patients with bone tumors 4.To explore the relationship between the degree of psychological impact of surgical events and PTG 5.To analyze the influencing factors of PTG level in patients with bone tumors within 1 month after surgery

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①诊断为原发性骨肿瘤且行骨肿瘤手术治疗的患者，骨肿瘤类别应符合WHO骨肿瘤分类（2020版） ②同一医疗组行手术治疗的患者 ③具有中文基本理解能力的患者 ④知情同意本研究的患者

Inclusion criteria

① Patients diagnosed as primary bone tumors and underwent surgical treatment of bone tumors, the category of bone tumors should conform to the WHO classification of bone tumors (2020 edition) ② patients who underwent surgery in the same medical group ③ patients with basic understanding of Chinese ④ Informed consent was obtained from the patients

排除标准：

①手术方式为活检术或者清创术等非骨肿瘤治疗手术的患者 ②有严重精神疾病或认知障碍、不能配合研究者 ③伴有严重心、肝、肾功能不全等恶性疾病的患者

Exclusion criteria：

① Non-bone tumor treatment such as biopsy or debridement ② severe mental illness or cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate with the investigators ③ patients with malignant diseases such as severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction
