研究目的：

筛选基因SNP位点与冠心病的相关性，并基于SNP位点结合相关临床危险因素构冠心病发生发展及预后的预测模型  

Objectives of Study：

To screen the correlation between SNP locus and coronary heart disease, and to construct a predictive model for the occurrence, development and prognosis of coronary heart disease based on SNP locus combined with relevant clinical risk factors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

冠状动脉造影检查示至少１支冠状动脉狭窄程度≥５０％或既往有心脏搭桥史的冠心病患者。

Inclusion criteria

Coronary angiography showed at least one coronary artery stenosis ≥ 50% or a previous history of cardiac bypass grafting in patients with coronary heart disease.

排除标准：

（１）先天性心脏病、风湿性心脏瓣膜病等者；（２）合并肺源性心脏病、支气管哮喘等严重心肺功能不全者；（３）合并肝、肾功能不全者；（４）合并恶性肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病、血液系统疾病者；（５）近期行手术治疗者；（６）合并严重神经精神系统疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) congenital heart disease and rheumatic valvular heart disease; (2) patients with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency such as cor pulmonale and bronchial asthma; (3) patients with liver and renal insufficiency; (4) patients with malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases and blood system diseases; (5) patients who have received surgical treatment in the near future; (6) patients with severe neuropsychiatric diseases.
