研究目的：

检测 IL-27 在 AF 患者血清中的表达并探讨其用于 MF 评估的价值；探讨 IL-27 是否会在心肌纤维化过程中影响胶原沉积所致心肌纤维化，探讨 IL-27 对心肌成纤维细胞胶原沉积的影响以及可能的调控机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To detect the expression of IL-27 in the serum of AF patients and explore its value in the evaluation of MF. To investigate whether IL-27 can affect myocardial fibrosis caused by collagen deposition in the process of myocardial fibrosis, and to explore the effect of IL-27 on collagen deposition in myocardial fibroblasts and the possible regulatory mechanism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

非瓣膜阵发性或持续性房颤；年龄>18 岁；符合射频消融（RFCA）治疗标准并接受手术；签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

Nonvalvular paroxysmal or persistent atrial fibrillation; Age >18 years old; Meet radiofrequency ablation (RFCA) criteria and undergo surgery; Sign informed consent

排除标准：

甲亢引起的房颤；最近 3 个月内有心肌梗塞；最近30 天内有短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)或中风；急性感染；需要透析的慢性肾脏病；严重肝功能不全；过去 5 年内恶性肿瘤病史；自身免疫病或免疫缺陷病史；已经怀孕或计划怀孕。

Exclusion criteria：

Atrial fibrillation due to hyperthyroidism; Myocardial infarction within the last 3 months; A transient ischemic attack (TIA) or stroke within the last 30 days; Acute infection; Chronic kidney disease requiring dialysis; Severe liver insufficiency; History of malignant tumors within the past 5 years; History of autoimmune disease or immunodeficiency; Are pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
