研究目的：

本项目拟根据前期工作基础进行如下研究内容：（1）收集左、右肝肝胆管结石病患者的临床相关资料，并分析其不同的发病特点；（2）积极完成腹腔镜下左、右半肝切除并经同侧肝管残端顺行胆总管探查取石术，对比分析两种术式存在的不同的技术要点及难点，总结经验，分析其临床应用的安全性及可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to conduct the following research based on the previous work: (1) Collect clinical relevant data of patients with left and right hepatolithiasis, and analyze their different onset characteristics; (2) Actively completing laparoscopic left and right hemihepatectomy and antegrade common bile duct exploration and stone removal through the ipsilateral hepatic duct stump, comparing and analyzing the different technical points and difficulties of the two surgical methods, summarizing experience, and analyzing the safety and feasibility of their clinical application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 18至90岁患者; 2. 术前均行腹部B超、腹部CT、腹部MRCP证实肝左叶胆管结石合并胆总管结石或肝右叶少量结石，且合并肝左叶肝实质萎缩; 3. 肝功能分级（Child-Pugh分级）A或B、肝功能储备试验ICG15＜10%。

Inclusion criteria

1. Participants aged 18 to 90 years old; 2. Participants who underwent preoperative abdominal ultrasound, abdominal CT, and abdominal MRCP to confirm the presence of left lobe bile duct stones with common bile duct stones or a small amount of stones in the right lobe, as well as atrophy of the left lobe liver parenchyma; 3. Liver function grading (Child Pugh grading) A or B, liver function reserve test ICG15<10%.

排除标准：

1. 孕妇； 2. 既往有腹部重大手术病史； 3. 合并恶性肿瘤（包括肝内外胆管癌）或血液系统疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant woman; 2. With a history of major abdominal surgery; 3. Combined with malignant tumors (including intrahepatic and extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma) or hematological diseases.
