研究目的：

本研究拟通过收集于我院进行宫颈癌手术患者的临床资料及组织样本，并对样本进行单细胞测序分析，以表征宫颈恶性肿瘤生态系统，并确定肿瘤细胞基因表达及其微环境组成成分。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, clinical data and tissue samples of patients undergoing cervical cancer surgery in our hospital were collected, and the samples were analyzed by single-cell RNA sequencing to characterize the cervical malignant tumor ecosystem and determine the gene expression of tumor cells and its microenvironment components.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1） 病理明确诊断为宫颈癌； 2） 病例资料完整； 3） 接受手术治疗且手术方式为广泛性全子宫切除术±双侧附件切除术+盆腔淋巴结切除术； 4） 年龄为18-75岁的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1) Cervical cancer was confirmed by pathology; 2) Complete case data; 3) Received surgical treatment with extensive total hysterectomy ± bilateral adnexectomy + pelvic lymphadenectomy; 4) Patients aged 18-75 years.

排除标准：

1) 合并其他恶性肿瘤、内分泌疾病、精神疾病、自身免疫性疾病； 2) 合并严重心脏、肾、肝脏等基础疾病； 3) 既往行子宫次全切除，残余宫颈癌患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Other malignant tumors, endocrine diseases, mental diseases, autoimmune diseases; 2) Complicated with serious heart, kidney, liver and other underlying diseases; 3) Patients with residual cervical cancer after subtotal hysterectomy.
