研究目的：

本研究利用fNIRS技术构建ASD儿童和TD儿童脑功能网络，分析比较ASD儿童和TD儿童脑功能网络全局和局部效率的差异性，并将其作为特征性参数进一步探究有效区分ASD儿童和TD儿童的脑影像学指标，为ASD的早期诊断提供给影像学方面的客观且敏感指标。  

Objectives of Study：

Brain functional networks of children with ASD and children with TD were constructed by fNIRS technology in this study. The differences in global and local efficiency of brain functional networks of children with ASD and children with TD were analyzed and compared, and were taken as characteristic parameters to further explore the brain imaging indicators that can effectively distinguish children with ASD and children with TD, which cloud provide objective and sensitive indicators of imaging for early diagnosis of ASD.

纳入标准：

ASD 儿童： ① 根据《美国精神疾病分类与诊断手册第五版》（DSM-5）诊断为ASD的儿童； ② 年龄3~6岁； ③ Gesell量表DQ≥75或韦氏儿童智力量表（WISC）全量表智商≥70； ④ 第一语言为普通话； ⑤ 儿童家长愿意配合并遵守相关要求，并签署知情同意书。 TD 儿童： ① 年龄 3~6 岁； ② Gesell 量表 DQ≥75 或 WISC 全量表智商≥70； ③ 第一语言为普通话； ④ 儿童家长愿意配合并遵守相关要求，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

ASD children: ① Children diagnosed with ASD according to DSM-5; ② Age 3-6 years old; ③ DQ of Gesell ≥75, or IQ of WISC ≥70; ④ The first language is Mandarin; ⑤ The parents of the children are willing to abide by the relevant requirements of the project and sign the informed consent. TD children: ① Age 3-6 years old; ② DQ of Gesell ≥75, or IQ of WISC ≥70; ③ The first language is Mandarin; ④ Parents of children are willing to cooperate and comply with relevant requirements, and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

① 儿童家长拒绝参与研究。
