研究目的:

基于近红外脑功能成像检测方法(fNIRS)对比脑瘫儿童和正常儿童在VR活动中神经激活的脑区和功能连接(function connectivity, FC)的差异脑区,以筛选可能发生变化的脑感兴趣区(Region of Interest, ROI),以随机对照实验研究设计探讨VR治疗前后ROI的激活程度与FC的变化特征及其与康复功能的相关性。  

Objectives of Study:

To compare the differences on brain activation pattern and function connectivity based on fNIRS during virtual reality between the children with cerebral palsy(CP) and typical children. To investigate the effect of VR training on upper limb, brain activation pattern and function connectivity in children with CP and the association among the upper limb function and outcomes of fNIRS.

纳入标准:

云南省范围内招募,所有受试者均满足《中国脑性瘫痪康复指南(2015)第一部分》关于痉挛型脑瘫双瘫的诊断标准,4-18岁之间。粗大运动功能分级系统(Gross Motor Function Classification System, GMFCS)、手功能分级系统(Manual Ability Classification System, MACS)及沟通功能分级系统(Communication Function Classification System, CFCS)均为I-III级;家长或监护人同意参与此次研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

All subjects come from Yunnan province who meet the spastic CP diagnosis criteria of "The first part of Rehabilitation Guide of Cerebral Palsy in China(2015)", age from 4 years old to 18 years old. All subjects are I-III in Gross Motor Function Classification System, GMFCS, Manual Ability Classification System, MACS and Communication Function Classification System, CFCS. The caregivers sign the informed consent form.

排除标准:

严重的眼底疾病、斜视等视觉和听觉障碍,核磁共振(magnetic resonance imaging, MRI)检查确认fnirs探针覆盖区域有严重的脑组织缺失,上肢或手部严重挛缩无法配合治疗。

Exclusion criteria:

Severe fundus diseases, strabismus, and other visual and auditory impairments and severe upper limb and/or hand contractures that can not to participate treatment. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examination confirmed severe brain tissue loss in the area covered by the fnirs probe.
