研究目的：

（1）探讨分析外科成人患者术中静脉血栓栓塞症风险因素。（2）构建并验证成人患者术中静脉血栓栓塞症风险预测模型，为临床早期识别术中高危患者以实施预防性护理提供借鉴，降低患者术中VTE发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To explore the risk factors of intraoperative venous thromboembolism in surgical adult patients. (2) To establishment and validation the risk prediction model of intraoperative venous thromboembolism in adult patients, so as to provide reference for early identification of intraoperative high-risk patients for preventive nursing, and reduce the incidence of intraoperative VTE.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18岁；②行择期全麻手术；③术前未确诊患VTE；④能够有效进行语言沟通并回答问题。

Inclusion criteria

(1) age ≥ 18 years old, (2) perform elective general anesthesia, (3) patients with undiagnosed VTE before operation, (4)patients can effectively communicate with each other and answer questions.

排除标准：

①术前未完善相关实验室检查；②术中使用肝素等抗凝药物；③术后转院的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) the relevant laboratory examination was not perfect before operation; (2) anticoagulant drugs such as heparin were used during operation; (3) patients transferred to hospital after operation.
