研究目的：

通过对择期行双侧扁桃体腺样体切除术的患儿手术结束时给与不同条件的棉球填塞，在不同时间点观察患儿疼痛情况，并加以对照分析，以期获得满意的镇痛方式和效果，以及更为适宜的罗哌卡因浓度，为全麻下行扁桃体并腺样体切除术术后探索出较为理想和精确的镇痛方法。  

Objectives of Study：

By giving different conditions of cotton ball tamponade at the end of surgery to children who have undergone elective bilateral tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy, the pain situation of the children was observed at different time points and compared and analyzed, in order to obtain satisfactory analgesic methods and effects, as well as a more suitable concentration of ropivacaine, and to explore an ideal and accurate analgesic method for tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy under general anesthesia.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

拟行全麻下双侧扁桃体伴腺样体切除术； ASA分级：I~II级； 年龄6-12岁； 签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Bilateral tonsillectomy with adenoidectomy under general anesthesia; ASA classification: I to II levels; Age 6-12 years old; Sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

有局麻药过敏史； 先天性心脏病； 中枢神经系统疾病； 血小板和凝血功能异常； 家族成员或本人怀疑或确诊有恶性高热的病史； 肝肾功能异常。

Exclusion criteria：

Have a history of local anesthesia allergy; Congenital heart disease; Central nervous system diseases; Abnormal platelet and coagulation functions; Family members or individuals suspected or diagnosed with a history of malignant high fever; Abnormal liver and kidney function.
