研究目的：

1. 抑郁症与结直肠腺瘤发生的相关性； 2. 抑郁症患者肠道菌群变化与结直肠腺瘤的发生的相关性；  

Objectives of Study：

1. Correlation between depression and colorectal adenoma; 2. Correlation between intestinal flora changes and colorectal adenoma in patients with depression;

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 年龄18-60岁者，男女不限； ② 符合抑郁症的诊断标准，明确诊断为抑郁症患者。 ③ 签署知情同意，同意参加本项研究。

Inclusion criteria

① Men and women aged 18-60 years old; ② In line with the diagnostic criteria for depression, a clear diagnosis of depression patients. ③ Sign informed consent and agree to participate in this study.

排除标准：

① 年龄＜18岁或>60岁者； ② 严重心力衰竭（心功能III或IV级）； ③ 近期急性心肌梗塞或不稳定性心绞痛； ④ 胃潴留、消化道出血及肠扭转； ⑤ 疑似或已确诊肠梗阻或穿孔； ⑥ 疑似或已确诊炎症性肠病； ⑦ 中毒性肠炎或巨结肠； ⑧ 合并有肝硬化和严重肾功能不全者； ⑨ 有其他精神疾病（抑郁症除外）不能配合检查者； ⑩ 对肠道准备药物不耐受或过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

① < 18 years old or > 60 years old; ② Severe heart failure (grade III or IV heart function); ③ Recent acute myocardial infarction or unstable angina pectoris; (4) Gastric retention, gastrointestinal bleeding and intestinal torsion; ⑤ Suspected or confirmed intestinal obstruction or perforation; ⑥ Suspected or confirmed inflammatory bowel disease; ⑦ Toxic enteritis or megacolon; ⑧ combined with cirrhosis and severe renal insufficiency; ⑨ Other mental illness (except depression) can not cooperate with the examination; ⑩ People who are intolerant or allergic to intestinal preparation drugs.
