Objectives of Study：

Obtain plasma free DNA 5hmC molecular marker that can predict the classification and efficacy of sudden deafness

纳入标准：

按照突聋诊疗指南选取在我院确诊的突聋患者

Inclusion criteria

Select patients with sudden deafness diagnosed in our hospital according to the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of sudden deafness

排除标准：

患者基本信息不全；未留取血液样本；无我院听力学检查（纯音测听、声导抗）；未按指南进行治疗

Exclusion criteria：

The basic information of patients is incomplete; No blood sample is taken; No audiological examination in our hospital (pure tone audiometry, acoustic immittance); Treatment not according to guidelines
