围术期发生过敏患者外周血中MRGPRX2表达差异与围术期药物过敏反应的相关性评估。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of correlation between MRGPRX2 expression in peripheral blood of perioperative allergic patients and perioperative drug allergic reactions.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

大于等于18岁，且小于等于65岁的男性或女性初次进行择期手术的患者，用药后发生过敏反应的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients greater than or equal to 18 years of age, and less than or equal to 65 years of age, male or female patients undergoing elective surgery for the first time, and patients with anaphylaxis after medication.

排除标准：

(1)恶性肿瘤患者；(2)正在怀孕或哺乳期者；(3)有其他严重的肝、肾、心脏、造血、神经系统或精神疾病者；(4)研究者认为不适合入选的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with malignant tumors; (2) those who are pregnant or breastfeeding; (3) have other serious liver, kidney, heart, hematopoietic, nervous system or mental disorders; (4) Other conditions deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the researcher.
