研究目的：

老年人都会有不同程度的慢性炎症，这种炎症与多种老年病包括心血管疾病、2型糖尿病、骨质疏松以及阿兹海默病等老年病的发病有关1-3。 尽管老年慢性炎症的发病机理不明，我们的前期研究证明，老年的表皮具有下列功能异常：通透屏障功能恢复延缓、角质层含水量降低和皮肤表面酸碱度升高4-7，所有这些改变均能导致皮肤炎症。我们最近的研究结果显示8-10，破环表皮通透屏障功能不仅增加皮肤细胞炎症因子的表达，循环血内的细胞炎症因子量也升高。而且，这些细胞炎症因子的表达不依赖与T细胞和肝细胞10。我们进一步的研究结果显示10，11，老年小鼠皮肤和血细胞炎症因子的表达增高，改善表皮功能可以降低这些小鼠皮肤和血细胞炎症因子的表达。更为重要的是改善表皮功能可以降低老年人血细胞炎症因子的表达以及延缓认知障碍的发展。由于慢性炎症与多种老年病的发病有关，因此，从理论上讲，改善炎症可以减轻和预防这些老年病。在此研究，我们拟观察玉泽身体屏障功能修复乳可否预防或减轻老年糖尿病的发生和发展，以及延缓认知障碍的发展。  

Objectives of Study：

Older people have varying degrees of chronic inflammation, which is associated with the onset of a variety of geriatric diseases including cardiovascular diseases, type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis, and geriatric diseases such as Alzheimer's disease 1-3. Although the pathogenesis of chronic inflammation in the elderly is unknown, our previous studies proved that the elderly epidermis has the following functional abnormalities: delayed restoration of permeability barrier function, reduced water content of the cuticle, and increased pH of the skin surface, 4-7, all of which can lead to skin inflammation. Our recent results show that 8-10, the broken epidermal permeability barrier function not only increases the expression of inflammatory factors in skin cells, but also the amount of cellular inflammatory cytokines in circulating blood. Moreover, the expression of these cellular inflammatory factors is independent of both T cells and hepatocytes 10. Our further results showed 10,11, increased expression of inflammatory factors in old mice and improved epidermal function decreased the expression of skin and blood cells in these mice. More importantly, improving epidermal function can reduce the expression of inflammatory factors in blood cells and delay the development of cognitive impairment in the elderly. Since chronic inflammation is associated with the onset of multiple geriatric diseases, theoretically, improving inflammation can alleviate and prevent these geriatric diseases. In this study, we intend to observe whether Yuze body barrier function repair milk can prevent or alleviate the occurrence and development of diabetes in the elderly, as well as delay the development of cognitive impairment.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥55岁 2.在未来3年的时间里居住城市不变 3.能独自或在其信赖的人的帮助下，理解本次试验的全部内容 4.在过去一个月内没用过抗炎的药物 5.签署志愿者知情书

Inclusion criteria

1. Age ≥ 55; 2. Live in the same city in the next 3 years; 3. Be able to understand all the contents of this test alone or with the help of someone they trust; 4. Have not used anti-inflammatory drugs in the past month; 5. Sign the volunteer's letter of understanding.

排除标准：

1.对拟用的护肤品有不良反应 2.有皮肤感染性疾病 3.长期使用抗炎制剂或药物

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have adverse reactions to the proposed skin care products; 2. There are systemic or skin infectious diseases; 3. Long-term use of anti-inflammatory agents or drugs.
