研究目的：

探讨基于肠道菌群调理的全科医学综合管理模式在2型糖尿病缓解中的有效性，为糖尿病患者提供科学、有效的管理服务。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effectiveness of the general practice integrated management model based on intestinal flora conditioning in the remission of type 2 diabetes, and to provide scientific and effective management services for diabetes patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在35到65岁之间，性别不限；2.符合《中国2型糖尿病防治指南（2020年版）》中2型糖尿病的诊断标准；3.正在使用抗糖药物；4.患者及家属依从管理方案，自愿参与本研究，并签署受试者知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.patients older than 35 years old, less than 65 years of age, male and female;2.Conform to the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes in the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 diabetes (2020);3.Currently using glucose-lowering medications;4.Compliance therapy, the patient and family members, voluntarily accept this study, and sign the participants informed consent.

排除标准：

1.糖化血红蛋白≥12%；2.3个月内发生过糖尿病急性并发症；3.6个月内发生过急性脑卒中和（或）急性心肌梗死；4.依从性差，身体状况不能配合或耐受本研究干预措施，例如患精神疾病、癌症、严重脏器功能障碍、瘫痪、严重胃肠道疾病等；5.孕妇及哺乳期妇女；6.存在其他不适合参加本研究的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1.HbA1c≥12%;2.Acute complications associated with diabetes within 3 months;3.Acute cerebrovascular accident and/or acute myocardial infarction within 6 months;4.Poor compliance and physical condition that cannot cooperate with or tolerate interventions in this study,such as mental illness,cancer,severe organ dysfunction,paralysis,severe gastrointestinal disease,et al;5.Pregnant and lactating women;6.Other situations that are not suitable for participation in this study.
