研究目的：

对比常规膝关节训练，下肢关节联动训练对膝关节置换术后患者下肢功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Compared to conventional knee joint training, the impact of lower limb joint linkage training on lower limb function in patients after knee joint replacement surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄：18≤年龄≤75岁；（2）终末期骨关节炎行初次单侧全膝关节置换术；（3）签署受试者知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age: 18 ≤ Age ≤ 75 years old; (2) Primary unilateral total knee arthroplasty for end-stage osteoarthritis; (3) Sign the subject's informed consent form

排除标准：

排除标准：（1）髋关节手术史、髋关节炎或髋关节创伤史（2）既往膝关节手术病史者；（3）既往心脑血管、呼吸系统及神经病变者；（4）并存肝功异常、肾功异常等患者；（5）合并恶性肿瘤、精神疾病、语言障碍、小儿麻痹症等疾病者；（6）疾病美国麻醉医师学会（ASA）4或5级；（7）强直性脊柱炎、类风湿性关节炎 （8）踝关节手术史、踝关节炎、踝关节创伤史

Exclusion criteria：

(1) History of hip surgery, hip arthritis, or hip trauma; (2) Previous history of knee surgery; (3) Individuals with previous cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, respiratory, and neurological disorders; (4) Patients with coexisting liver and kidney dysfunction; (5) Patients with concomitant malignant tumors, mental illnesses, language disorders, poliomyelitis, and other diseases; (6) Disease: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) level 4 or 5; (7) Ankylosing spondylitis and rheumatoid arthritis (8) History of ankle surgery, ankle arthritis, and ankle trauma

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

随机数使用Excel软件产生，由科研秘书操作，点击函数fx,双击随机数函数, 在出现的最小最大的数据框中填写需要设置的数据, 生成了一个随机数字表。按就诊顺序护士将128名试验对象从1到128编号，从随机数字表中任意一个数开始，沿同一方向顺序获取患者随机数。随机数除以组数取余数，若整除则余数取组数，按余数进行分组，本研究分为两组，1设为干预组，2设为对照组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Random numbers are generated using Excel software and operated by the research secretary. Click on the function fx, double-click on the random number function, and fill in the data to be set in the minimum and maximum data boxes that appear, generating a random number table. According to the order of treatment, the nurse numbered 128 subjects from 1 to 128, starting from any number in the random number table, and obtained the patient random numbers in the same direction. Divide the random number by the number of groups to obtain the remainder. If divided by an integer, the remainder is taken as the number of groups and grouped according to the remainder. This study was divided into two groups, one as the intervention group and the other as the control group.
