研究目的：

优化运脾强肾方剂型，评价其改善透析患者生存质量的作用与安全性，形成可推广应用的中医肾脏康复方案，为院内制剂备案提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Improving quality of life (QOL) is one of most important aims, associated with renal rehabilitation, in dialysis patients. The study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yunpiqiangshen Gel which composed of eleven herbs on QOL improvement.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合CKD5期的临床诊断，进入透析治疗3个月以上，病情相对稳定；（2）中医辨证符合脾肾气虚、浊瘀内阻证；（3）年龄在18岁以上，70岁以下，性别不限；（4）自愿参加，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) satisfied the diagnostic criteria for CKD5 and received dialysis more than 3 months; (2) satisfied the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndromes for spleen and kidney Qi deficiency, and wet muddy; (3) 18

排除标准：

（1）不符合慢性肾脏病5期的临床诊断；（2）未采取透析治疗或透析治疗不足3个月；（3）伴有严重的原发性心血管疾病、肝脏疾病、肺脏疾病、或影响其生存的其它严重疾病；（4）近期合并感染者；（5）已知对本药组成成份过敏者；（6）精神障碍或其他原因不能配合调查者；（7）年龄小于18或70岁以上的患者；（8）不愿意加入本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) not satisfied the diagnostic criteria for CKD5; (2) no dialysis or less than 3 months of dialysis;(3) serious primary heart, liver, lung, or other malignant diseases; (4) serious infection; (5) allergy;(6) mentally disabled; (7) Age<18 or age>70; (8) do not agree with this study.
