研究目的：

针对音乐疗法（Music Therapy，MT）联合芳香疗法（Aroma Therapy，AT）对临床轮班护士焦虑减缓及睡眠情况改善的临床效果进行评价，明确不同干预方式对临床轮班护士焦虑减缓及睡眠情况改善疗效的差异，为临床轮班护士焦虑减缓及睡眠情况改善方案提供理论依据及实践参考。  

Objectives of Study：

The clinical effects of Music Therapy (MT) combined with Aroma Therapy (AT) on the improvement of anxiety and sleep in clinical shift nurses were evaluated to clarify the differences in the efficacy of different interventions on the improvement of anxiety and sleep in clinical shift nurses, and to provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for the improvement of anxiety and sleep in clinical shift nurses.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

研究中护理方案分为四组：A组、B组、C组、D组共四组。A组：常规护理；B组：常规护理+音乐疗法；C组：常规护理+芳香疗法；D组：常规护理+音乐疗法+芳香疗法。 1. A组护理方案：给予护士常规护理。实施步骤为： （1）护士提前30min进入等候室，给予患者观看5min检查视频宣教； （2）渐进式放松技术训练； （3）分别在干预前、干预后、第24h进行焦虑量表评估。 2. B、C、D组护理方案：给予患者常规护理（A组）基础上分别加用音乐疗法、芳香疗法、音乐疗法+芳香疗法。实施步骤统一为： （1）护士提前30min进入等候室，给予患者观看5min检查视频宣教； （2）渐进式放松技术训练； （3）根据研究方案实施：分别使用B组或C组或D组研究方案进行实施（首先，音乐疗法播放曲目为《Canon In D Majio》、《River flows in you》、《Snowdreams》、《晴天》，播放时间共计15min，分别为检查前15min，检查后20min，返回病房后当日睡前播放音乐20min。其次，芳香疗法为2滴将薰衣草精油滴入香薰机内加入300ml水，时间设置为检查前使用香薰机20min，检查后使用香薰机20min，返回后随身携带薰衣草香包至晚上睡前闻香20min。） （4）返回病房后B组、C组、D组再次进行不同干预。 （5）分别在干预前、干预后、第24h后进行焦虑量表评估。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The nursing program in the study is divided into four groups: group A, group B, group C, and group D. Group A: conventional care; group B: conventional care + music therapy; group C: conventional care + aromatherapy; group D: conventional care + music therapy + aroma therapy. 1. Group A nursing plan: give patients routine care. The implementation steps are as follows: (1) Nurses enter the waiting room 30 minutes in advance, and allow them to watch 5 minutes of video inspection and education; (2) Progressive relaxation technique training; (3) Evaluation of anxiety scale before the intervention, after the intervention, and 24h. 2. Nursing programs for groups B, C, and D: give patients regular care (group A) plus music therapy, aroma therapy, music therapy + aroma therapy, respectively. The implementation steps are unified as follows: (1) Nurses enter the waiting room 30 minutes in advance, and allow them to watch 5 minutes of video inspection and education; (2) Progressive relaxation technique training; (3) According to the research plan: use the B or C or D research plan respectively for implementation (first, Music therapy plays "Canon In D Majio", "River flows in you", "Snowdreams", "Sunny Day", and the total playing time is 15 minutes, respectively 15 minutes before the examination, 20 minutes after the examination, and before going to bed on the same day after returning to the ward Music for 20 minutes. Secondly, aroma therapy is 2 drops. Drop lavender essential oil into the aroma diffuser and add 300ml of water. The time is set to use the aroma diffuser for 20 minutes before the examination, and use the aroma diffuser for 20 minutes after the examination. After returning to home, carry the lavender sachet with you until you sleep at night Smell the fragrance 20 minutes before.) (4) After returning to the ward, groups B, C, and D received different interventions again. (5) The anxiety scale was evaluated before the intervention, after the intervention, and after the 24th hour. 

纳入标准：

（1）具有护士执业资格证书(注册护士) ； （2）本人自愿参加本次研究并签署知情同意书； （3）无宗教信仰。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Hospitalized patients who are 18 years of age or older; (2)The person volunteered to participate in the study and signed an informed consent form; (3) No religious belief.

排除标准：

（1）不参与轮班或夜班的护士； （2）退休护士、进修护士、实习护士、怀孕护士、调查期间休假的护士； （3）嗅觉、听觉有障碍者，不能接受芳香疗法、音乐疗法； （4）患有甲状腺疾病或精神疾病，服用抗焦虑药和镇痛药； （5）合并有肺结核、艾滋病等严重传染疾病临床轮转护士。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Nurses who do not participate in shifts or night shifts; (2)Retired nurses, trainee nurses, practical nurses, pregnant nurses, nurses on leave during the survey period; (3)Those who are impaired in sense of smell and hearing cannot receive aromatherapy or music therapy; (4)Suffer from thyroid disease or mental illness, take anti-anxiety drugs and analgesics; (5)Nurses with severe infectious diseases such as tuberculosis, AIDS.
