本研究旨在探究增强现实技术辅助龈下刮治和传统龈下刮治对重度牙周炎患者深牙周袋的临床疗效差异。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to investigate the difference in clinical efficacy between augmented reality technology-assisted subgingival scaling and conventional subgingival scaling on deep periodontal pockets in patients with severe periodontiti

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）患者18至65岁； （2）可被诊断为III期、B/C级的牙周炎患者； （3）5年内未进行过任何牙周治疗； （4）患者双侧下颌存在一对磨牙，根分叉处牙周袋深度≥6mm，水平探诊深度≥3mm，影像学检查根分叉区有透影区，可能根分叉病变在牙周基础治疗后进行牙周手术。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients 18 to 65 years of age; (2) Patients with periodontitis that can be diagnosed as stage III, class B/C; (3) The patient has not received any periodontal treatment within 5 years; (4) The patient had lesions with a periodontal pocket depth of ≥6 mm and a horizontal probing depth of ≥3 mm at the root furcation of a pair of mandibular molars bilaterally, with translucent images in the root furcation area on imaging. Periodontal surgery may have been performed after initial periodontal therapy due to the ifurcation involvement.

排除标准：

（1）患有未控制的高血压、糖尿病等全身系统性疾病者； （2）怀孕及哺乳期妇女； （3）不愿签署知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients suffering from uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes and other systemic diseases; (2) Pregnant and breastfeeding women; (3) Patients who do not wish to sign the informed consent form.
