研究目的：

本研究旨在开发针对口腔CBCT的深度学习模型，实现牙髓根尖周病变的自动识别以及病变类型诊断。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to develop deep learning models for oral CBCT to realize the automatic identification of dental pulp and periapical lesions as well as the diagnosis of lesion types.

纳入标准：

2019年1月1日至2022年12月31日中山大学附属口腔医院牙体牙髓病科就诊并拍摄口腔CBCT的患者,年龄10~75周岁,影像诊断为牙髓根尖周病变,CBCT 图像清晰，无严重金属伪影。

Inclusion criteria

Patients aged from 10 to 75 years old, which were admitted to the Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, Hospital of Stomatology, Sun Yat-sen University between January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2022 and whose CBCT images were clear without severe metal artifacts and diagnosed as pulp periapical lesions, are included in this study.

排除标准：

根管系统、根尖周图像质量差的扫描以及同一患者的重复扫描。

Exclusion criteria：

Patient whose CBCT images shows poor image quality of the root canal system and periapical region, and repeated scans of the same patient.

3名具有10年临床工作经验的牙体牙髓专业临床医生观察CBCT图像后给出诊断。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

Three endodontic clinicians with 10 years of clinical experience observed CBCT images and gave the diagnosis.
