研究目的：

主要研究目的：对比智能手机的使用与否对于结肠镜息肉检出率的影响。 次要研究目的：比较智能手机的使用是否能提高被检者对电子结肠镜的耐受程度；比较智能手机的使用是否能减轻被检者结肠镜检查后的不适症状；比较智能手机的使用是否能够缩短结肠镜的完成时间。  

Objectives of Study：

Main objective is to study the effects of using smart phones during colonoscopy on the detection rate of polyps. Secondary research objective is to investigate whether smart phones can improve the tolerance of patients, reduce the discomfort associated with colonoscopy, and shorten the total time of the procedure.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄16～60岁；
2.日常经常使用智能手机；
3.同意参加本研究者，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) The age was 16-60 years old.
2) Participants often use smart phones.
3) Participants agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.有内镜操作禁忌症；
2.肠道狭窄或肿瘤梗阻；
3.肠造瘘；
4.吞咽困难；
5.合并吞咽反射或精神疾病（抑郁、焦虑、疑病症、癔症等患者）；
6.严重胃轻瘫或胃出口梗阻；
7.急性肠梗阻；
8.肠穿孔或急性腹膜炎；
9.严重慢性肾衰竭(肌酐清除率<30 ml/min)；
10.严重心功能不全（NYHA分级≥Ⅲ级）；
11.血压控制不理想的高血压病患者（收缩压≥170mmHg，舒张压≥100mmHg）；
12.急性细菌性痢疾、急性重度结肠炎及急性重度溃疡性结肠炎；
13.脱水或电解质紊乱；
14.妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
15.消化道活动性出血；
16.中重度通气功能障碍患者；
17.凝血功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Contraindications of endoscopic operation;
2) Intestinal stenosis or tumor obstruction;
3) Enterostomy;
4) Dysphagia;
5) Patients with swallowing reflex or mental illness (depression, anxiety, hypochondriasis, hysteria, etc.);
6) Severe gastroparesis or outlet obstruction;
7) Acute intestinal obstruction;
8) Intestinal perforation or acute peritonitis;
9) Severe chronic renal failure (creatinine clearance < 30 ml / min);
10) Severe cardiac insufficiency (NYHA grade >= grade III);
11) Hypertension patients with poor blood pressure control (systolic blood pressure >= 170mmhg, diastolic blood pressure >= 100mmhg);
12) Acute bacterial dysentery, acute severe colitis and acute severe ulcerative colitis;
13) Dehydration or electrolyte disorder;
14) Pregnant or lactating women;
15) Active hemorrhage of digestive tract;
16) Patients with moderate or severe ventilatory dysfunction;
17) Coagulation dysfunction.
