研究目的：

1.肉芽肿性乳腺炎严重程度与焦虑抑郁状态评分是否具有相关性； 2.肉芽肿性乳腺炎的常见证素

1. whether there is a correlation between severity of granulomatous mastitis and anxiety-depression status scores; 2. common evidence of granulomatous mastitis

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准（患者版） （1）符合肉芽肿性乳腺炎诊断标准（病理结果回报为肉芽肿性乳腺炎），同时符合GLM临床分期为急性期，及亚急性期。 （2）年龄在20-50岁（包括20岁50岁）之间女性，产后8年内； （3）签署知情同意者。 纳入标准（健康人版） （1）非乳腺炎（包括哺乳期及非哺乳期）的女性或无乳腺疾病的女性或健康女性。 （2）年龄在20-50岁（包括20岁50岁）之间女性，产后8年内； （3）签署知情同意者。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria (patient version) (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for granulomatous mastitis (pathologic findings returned as granulomatous mastitis), as well as the clinical staging of GLM as acute, and subacute. (2) Females between the ages of 20 and 50 years (including 20 years 50 years), and within 8 years after delivery; (3) Those who signed informed consent. Inclusion criteria (healthy human version) (1) Women with non-mastitis (both lactating and non-lactating) or without breast disease or healthy women. (2) Women between the ages of 20-50 years (including 20 years 50 years), within 8 years after delivery; (3) Those who signed informed consent.

排除标准：

排除标准（患者版） （1）合并乳腺恶性肿瘤者； （2）排除确诊为焦虑症或抑郁症的患者； （3）合并有心脑血管、肝脏、肾脏、造血系统等严重原发性疾病； （4）妊娠期、哺乳期的妇女； （5）正在参加其他临床研究者。 排除标准（健康人版） （1）合并乳腺恶性肿瘤者； （2）排除确诊为焦虑症或抑郁症的患者； （3）合并有心脑血管、肝脏、肾脏、造血系统等严重原发性疾病； （4）妊娠期、哺乳期的妇女； （5）正在参加其他临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria (patient version) (1) Those with combined breast malignancy; (2) Excluding patients with confirmed diagnosis of anxiety or depression; (3) Combined with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal and hematopoietic systems; (4) Women during pregnancy and lactation; (5) Those who are participating in other clinical studies. Exclusion criteria (healthy person version) (1) Those with combined breast malignant tumors; (2) Excluding patients diagnosed with anxiety or depression; (3) Combined with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal and hematopoietic systems; (4) Women during pregnancy and lactation; (5) Those who are participating in other clinical studies.
