研究目的：

1.构建Hour-1 bundle质量管理体系； 2.提高感染性休克患者1h集束化治疗的执行率，提高医护人员对患者1小时集束化治疗的依从性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Build an Hour-1 bundle quality management system; 2. Improve the execution rate of 1-hour cluster therapy for septic shock patients, and improve the compliance of medical staff to 1-hour cluster therapy for patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合感染性休克的诊断标准； ②各项监测指标资料完整；③年龄不小于 18 岁。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the diagnostic criteria of septic shock; (2) The data of each monitoring index are complete; ③ At least 18 years old.

排除标准：

①GCS 评分＜5 分；②免疫功能不全，长时间接受免疫抑制治疗；③大范围肺栓塞；④基础疾病预后不良，如晚期恶性肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

①GCS score < 5 points; ② Immune insufficiency, receiving immunosuppressive treatment for a long time; ③ Extensive pulmonary embolism; ④ The prognosis of underlying diseases is poor, such as advanced malignant tumors.
