研究目的：

评价改良Pfirrmann分级系统在经皮脊柱内镜下腰椎间盘摘除术（Percutaneous Endoscopic Lumbar Discectomy，PELD）治疗腰椎间盘突出症(Lumbar Disc Herniation, LDH)临床疗效中的预测价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the predictive value of the modified Pfirrmann grading system in the treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation (LDH) by Percutaneous Endoscopic Lumbar Discectomy (PELD).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合LDH的诊断标准；（2）既往无明确腰部疾病病史，包括先天性病变、肿瘤、骨折、感染及手术病史；（3）能够配合完成 MRI检查，临床资料完整；（4）保守治疗效果欠佳或无效，采用PELD治疗。

Inclusion criteria

(1) LDH with a precise diagnosis,(2) no clear history of lumbar diseases, including congenital lesions, tumor, fracture infection and surgical history,(3) clinical data was integrity, and could cooperate to complete MRI, and (4) conservative treatment is ineffective, and PELD was used.

排除标准：

(1）诊断不明确或存在明显的LDH以外的可能引起腰痛或坐骨神经痛的疾病；（2）合并严重心、脑、肝、肾等疾病无法耐受微创治疗或合并治疗部位感染、凝血功能障碍者；（3）妊娠期或哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The diagnosis is not clear or combined other diseases that may cause low back pain or sciatica,(2) patients with severe heart, brain, liver, kidney and other diseases who cannot tolerate minimally invasive treatment or combined with treatment site infection and coagulation dysfunction, and (3)pregnancy or lactation.
