分析各类妊娠合并肺动脉高压患者临床特点及并发症；预测妊娠合并肺动脉高压患者心血管并发症相关风险因素  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the clinical characteristics and complications of all kinds of pregnancy patients with pulmonary hypertension. To predict the risk factors related to cardiovascular complications in pregnancy patients with pulmonary hypertension

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

2009 年-2023 年 2 月期间，在四川大学华西第二医院就诊的妊娠合并肺动脉高压患者 1、在我院接受超声心动图监测的患者; 2、符合超声心动图肺动脉高压标准(PAP >35 mmHg)的患者; 3、病历完整的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Pregnant patients with pulmonary hypertension who were treated at West China Second Hospital of Sichuan University from 2009 to February 2023: 1. Patients who received UCG monitoring in our hospital; 2. Patients who conform to echocardiographic criteria of pulmonary hypertension(PAP >35 mmHg); 3. Patients with complete medical record.

排除标准：

病历资料不完整患者

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnant women with pulmonary hypertension with incomplete clinical data were excluded
