研究目的：

明确GDM患者胎盘组织的微生物表达情况，筛查特异性菌群特征及丰度，明确GDM患者胎盘组织的免疫炎症状态，及其与特异性菌群的相关性，明确GDM患者胎盘组织的微生物来源。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the microbial expression of placental tissue of GDM patients, screen the characteristics and abundance of specific flora, clarify the immune inflammation state of placental tissue of GDM patients and its correlation with specific flora, and clarify the microbial source of placental tissue of GDM patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①单胎孕妇；②被纳入GDM 组患者为在妊娠24?28周进行OGTT试验后，采用《中国2型糖尿病防治指南2020年版》推荐诊断标准，明确诊断为GDM。③观察组患者符合剖宫产的指征并接受剖宫产；④患者对本研究内容知情，自愿参加并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Single pregnant women;② Patients included in GDM group were diagnosed as GDM after OGTT test at 24 ~ 28 weeks of pregnancy according to the diagnostic criteria recommended by Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes (2020 Edition). ③ Patients in observation group met the indications of cesarean section and accepted cesarean section; ④ Patients were informed of the contents of this study, voluntarily participated in and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①双胎或多胎妊娠；②PGDM、ODM 和其他内分泌疾病(包括甲状腺和肾上腺疾病)的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) twin or multiple pregnancy;(2) PGDM, ODM and other endocrine diseases (including thyroid and adrenal diseases).
