研究目的：

肥胖问题日益严重，已成为全球性难题。减重方法多种多样，西药和手术等方法都存在各自的局限性，迫切需要探寻一种疗效明显、不良反应少、患者接受度高的减重疗法。中医药减肥能较好地控制体质量，对减重降脂、防治肥胖的并发症及伴随症状亦有一定优势。本课题旨在基于生活饮食习惯指导，通过观察穴位贴敷治疗痰湿型单纯性肥胖的临床疗效，探究更有效、安全的调脂减重中医外治方法，更好地在单纯性肥胖的治疗中发挥中医外治优势。  

Objectives of Study：

The problem of obesity is becoming more and more serious and has become a global problem.There are various methods of weight loss. Western medicine and surgery have their own limitations.There is an urgent need to explore a weight loss therapy with obvious curative effect, less adverse reactions and high patient acceptance.Chinese medicine weight loss can better control body weight, and has certain advantages in weight loss and lipid reduction, prevention and treatment of obesity complications and accompanying symptoms.The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint application in the treatment of phlegm-dampness simple obesity based on the guidance of living and eating habits.To explore more effective and safe external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine for lipid-lowering and weight loss, and to better play the advantages of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of simple obesity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）排除继发性肥胖，符合痰湿型单纯性肥胖的中医及西医诊断标准； （2）年龄18至65周岁；性别不限； （3）近2个月未参与其他减肥相关治疗； （4）获得知情同意书，自愿接受入组治疗，并提供追踪观察者。

Inclusion criteria

( 1 ) Exclude secondary obesity and meet the diagnostic criteria of simple obesity of phlegm-dampness type in traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine ; ( 2 ) 18 to 65 years old ; gender unlimited ; ( 3 ) In the past 2 months did not participate in other weight loss related treatment ; ( 4 ) Obtain informed consent, voluntarily accept the treatment, and provide follow-up observers.

排除标准：

（1）有严重肝肾功能损害、心肺功能不全、甲状腺功能减退、恶性肿瘤患者； （2）控制不良的重度高血压，即收缩压≥180mmHg和/或舒张压≥110mmHg；收缩压<95mmHg的患者； （3）存在精神障碍、语言障碍，导致无法充分理解研究方案或配合研究者的； （4）确诊为库欣综合征、药物、甲状腺、肾上腺、性腺、下丘脑、垂体或其他内分泌系统疾病所引起的肥胖； （5）近4周内服用降糖药、降脂药（如他汀类、贝特类等）、减肥药、护肝药、糖皮质激素及可能影响血糖、血脂、胰岛功能等指标监测的药； （6）曾行减重手术或正在参加其他减重项目或过去6个月内体重减轻达5%以上； （7）有酗酒史，男性饮酒含乙醇量每周≥140g，女性≥70g； （8）妊娠状态或正处于哺乳期的女性。

Exclusion criteria：

( 1 ) Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, cardiopulmonary dysfunction, hypothyroidism, malignant tumor ; ( 2 ) Poor control of severe hypertension, that is, systolic blood pressure ≥ 180mmHg and / or diastolic blood pressure ≥ 110mmHg ; patients with systolic blood pressure < 95mmHg ; ( 3 ) The existence of mental disorders, language barriers, leading to the inability to fully understand the research program or with the researchers ; ( 4 ) Diagnosed with obesity caused by Cushing 's syndrome, drugs, thyroid, adrenal gland, gonad, hypothalamus, pituitary or other endocrine system diseases ; ( 5 ) Take hypoglycemic drugs, lipid-lowering drugs ( such as statins, fibrates, etc. ), weight loss drugs, hepatoprotective drugs, glucocorticoids and drugs that may affect the monitoring of blood glucose, blood lipids, islet function and other indicators in the past 4 weeks ; ( 6 ) Have undergone bariatric surgery or are participating in other weight loss programs or have lost more than 5 % of their body weight in the past 6 months ; ( 7 ) Have a history of alcoholism, male drinking alcohol content ≥ 140g per week, female ≥ 70g ; ( 8 ) Women who are pregnant or in lactation.
