研究目的：

1.探究对于老年人术中维持的最佳剂量 2.不同剂量下的维持对老年人术后谵妄的影响  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the optimal dose for intraoperative maintenance in the elderly 2. Effects of maintenance at different doses on postoperative delirium in the elderly

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①行择期全麻腹腔镜疝气修补术；②术前无认知功能障：简易精神状态评估量表（MMSE）>18分；③没有语言听力障碍可以配合完成实验的患者；④ASA分级I-III；⑤年龄65-89周岁；⑥手术时间预计小于3h。

Inclusion criteria

① Laparoscopic hernia repair under elective general anesthesia; (2) No cognitive impairment before operation: Simple mental State Assessment Scale (MMSE) >18 points; ③ Patients with no speech and hearing impairment who can cooperate with the completion of the experiment; ④ASA classification I-III; ⑤ Age 65-89 years; ⑥ The operation time is expected to be less than 3h.

排除标准：

①有药物过敏症状或麻醉药物过敏史；②有冠心病、高血压、颅内高压等心血管类疾病的患者；③有精神类疾病或者精神疾病家族史；④预计术后送ICU的患者；⑤有青光眼或者眼外伤的患者；⑥肝肾功受损。

Exclusion criteria：

① Have drug allergy symptoms or history of anesthesia drug allergy; (2) Patients with coronary heart disease, hypertension, intracranial hypertension and other cardiovascular diseases; (3) Have a mental illness or family history of mental illness; Patients expected to be admitted to ICU after surgery; ⑤ Patients with glaucoma or eye trauma; ⑥ Liver and kidney function damage.
