研究目的：

本研究将通过比较DOR疾病组与健康对照组患者血清的代谢物及蛋白质的差异，结合血清激素生理表型，利用高级生信分析（例随机森林RandomForest分析）筛选出能够诊断DOR的潜在生物标志物；同时，通过挖掘差异代谢通路以期明确DOR的发病机制。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will screen potential biomarkers that can diagnose DOR by comparing the differences of serum metabolites and proteins between DOR disease group and healthy control group, combining with the physiological phenotype of serum hormones, and using advanced bioinformatics analysis (e.g. Random Forest Analysis of Random forest); Meanwhile, by exploring differential metabolic pathways, we aim to clarify the pathogenesis of DOR.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在20岁至40岁之间的女性患者； （2）符合卵巢储备功能减退的中西医诊断标准； （3）近三个月未接受过激素治疗或疾病其他相关治疗者； （4）自愿签署知情同意书者，自愿配合治疗，依从性强。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Female patients aged between 20 and 40 years old; (2) Conforming to the diagnostic criteria of Western and Chinese medicine for ovarian reserve dysfunction; (3) Those who have not received hormone therapy or other related treatments for the disease in the past three months; (4) Those who voluntarily sign an informed consent form voluntarily cooperate with treatment and have strong compliance.

排除标准：

（1）由于先天性生殖器官发育异常，或后天器质性病变引起的原发性或继发性闭经或生殖器官畸形者； （2）伴有心脑血管、内分泌系统疾病和造血系统等原发性疾病及患有焦虑、抑郁等精神疾病者； （3）已知或疑有受性激素影响的癌前病变或恶性肿瘤； （4）患有严重肝、肾、心、脑疾病； （5）已知或可疑妊娠； （6）正在参加其他临床试验者； （7）3个月内接受其他外源性激素治疗的患者； （8）有卵巢功能减退家族病史的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Primary or secondary amenorrhea or genital malformations caused by congenital reproductive organ developmental abnormalities or acquired organic lesions; (2) Patients with primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, Endocrine system diseases, hematopoietic system diseases and mental diseases such as anxiety and depression; (3) Known or suspected precancerous lesions or malignant tumors affected by sex hormones; (4) Suffering from severe liver, kidney, heart, and brain diseases; (5) Known or suspected pregnancy; (6) Participants in other clinical trials; (7) Patients who receive treatment with other exogenous hormones within 3 months; (8) Patients with a family history of ovarian dysfunction.
