研究目的：

基于社区老年人健康体检，研究营养与认知及心脑血管疾病等慢性病的关联。结合历年老年人健康体检数据及随访，收集基本信息、认知及情绪水平、膳食情况、睡眠情况、体力活动水平，进行影像学检查，检测血中反映炎症水平和营养状况的相关指标。研究结果将为探讨营养与认知及心脑血管疾病等慢性病的防治提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

A study will be adopted to investigate the association between nutrition and chronic diseases, such as cognitive and cardiovascular diseases, based on community health checkups for the elderly. Combined with the health physical examination data of the elderly in the past years and follow-up, the information of socio-demographic characteristics, cognition level, diet, sleep, imaging tests and physical activity will be collected. The relevant indicators of inflammation and nutritional status in blood will be detected. The results will provide scientific evidence for further exploring effects of nutrition on cognition and chronic diseases, such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and prevention and treatment these chronic diseases.

（1）年龄60岁以上；（2）无严重听力障碍（3）能自主活动。
