研究目的：

探索左旋甲状腺素治疗心力衰竭合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者的有效性  

Objectives of Study：

he aim of this study was to explore the effect of levothyroxine therapy on clinical outcomes of patients with heart failure and subclinical hypothyroidism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄 30–80 ; 2. 诊断为心力衰竭; 3. 纽约心脏病协会心功能分级II–IV; 4. TSH >4.5mIU/L and FT4正常.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 30–80 years; 2. Patients who were diagnosed with heart failure based on the American College of Cardiology/American Heart Association guidelines ; 3. New York Heart Association (NYHA) class II–IV; 4. Patients With TSH >4.5mIU/L and normal FT4.

排除标准：

1.急性失代偿性心力衰竭；2.3月内曾接受甲状腺素治疗；3.肿瘤患者；4.临床甲状腺功能减退或低T3综合征

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute decompensation heart failure. 2. Patients receiving levothyroxine therapy in the past three months. 4. Patients with cancer. 5. Patients with overt hypothyroidism or low T3 syndrome.
