1.探索基于健康相关行为生态学模式的青少年自杀自伤干预策略。 2.开发“互联网+”青少年心身康复治疗技术。 3.验证“互联网+”心身康复治疗对青少年自杀自伤的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Explore intervention strategies for suicidal and self-injurious behavior in adolescents based on health-related behavioral ecology model. 2. Develop "Internet +" psychosomatic rehabilitation technology for adolescents with suicide and self-injury. 3. To verify the clinical effect of "Internet +" psychosomatic rehabilitation technology for adolescents with suicide and self-injury.

纳入标准：

年龄12-18岁；符合美国 DSM-5 重度抑郁障碍和双相障碍诊断标准且存在自伤自杀行为。

Inclusion criteria

Age 12-18. Meet the diagnostic criteria for major depressive disorder and bipolar disorder of DSM-5 and have self-injury and suicidal behavior.

排除标准：

排除器质性精神障碍、精神活性物质所致精神障碍、精神分裂症、精神发育障碍 和严重躯体疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

Excluding organic mental disorders, mental disorders caused by psychoactive substances, schizophrenia, mental development disorders and serious physical diseases.
