该项目采用随机平行对照研究设计，旨在掌握中国成年人睡眠状况现状和发展变化趋势，探索睡眠脑功能评估与治疗系统，为有效地制定睡眠疾病预防和控制对策，开发新的干预和治疗手段，提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This project adopts a randomized parallel controlled study design, aiming to grasp the current status and development trend of sleep status of Chinese adults, explore the sleep brain function assessment and treatment system, and provide scientific basis for effectively formulating countermeasures for the prevention and control of sleep diseases and developing new intervention and treatment means.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)≥18岁； 2)无严重肢体残疾或躯体重大疾病； 3)睡眠障碍患者。

Inclusion criteria

1)≥18 years old 2) No serious physical disability or major physical illness 3) Patients with sleep disorders

排除标准：

1)癫痫病史者； 2)无法进行正常交流者； 3)不愿意配合者； 4)未签署知情同意书者; 5)孕妇。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Epilepsy history 2) Unable to communicate 3) Unwilling to cooperate 4) Unsigned informed consent form 5) Pregnant women.

选取随机数字表上第9行，第3列为起点，根据样本量，向右连续选取数字组成随机数，并根据数字大小排序编序号R，R=1~100为经颅磁治疗组，R=101~200为常规药物治疗组，R=201~300为经颅磁治疗+常规药物治疗组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The 9th row and 3rd row in the random number table were selected as the starting point. According to the sample size, consecutive numbers were selected to the right to form random numbers and numbered R according to the number size. R= 1-100 was the transcranial magnetic therapy group, R=101~200 was the conventional drug therapy group, and R=201~300 was the transcranial magnetic therapy + conventional drug therapy group.
