研究目的：

探讨经皮穴位电刺激联合康复训练对乳腺癌改良根治术后腋网综合征的有效性及安全性。 1.探讨经皮穴位电刺激联合康复训练对腋网综合征症状的改善作用。 2.探讨经皮穴位电刺激联合康复训练对乳腺癌术后患者疼痛、肩关节活动度的影响。 3.探讨经皮穴位电刺激联合康复训练对乳腺癌术后上肢功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy and safety of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation combined with rehabilitation training for axillary network syndrome after modified radical mastectomy. 1. To investigate the effect of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation combined with rehabilitation training on the symptoms of axillary network syndrome. 2. To investigate the effect of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation combined with rehabilitation training on pain and shoulder range of motion in patients after breast cancer surgery. 3. To investigate the effect of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation combined with rehabilitation training on upper limb function after breast cancer surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①经病理学确诊为乳腺癌，并接受乳腺癌手术的患者；②术后经评估有 AWS并且未进行任何干预措施的患者；③符合 AWS 而无存在其他上肢淋巴相关事件的危险因素的患者；④知情同意，愿意接受配合本研究的实施

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients diagnosed with breast cancer by pathology and undergoing surgery for breast cancer; (2) Patients who were evaluated for AWS after surgery and not received any interventions; (3)Patients who in line with AWS but without other risk factors for upper limb lymphatic-related events; (4) Informed consent, willing to accept and cooperate with the implementation of this study

排除标准：

①复发转移性乳腺癌患者；②患有肩周炎、术侧肢体外伤史的患者；③伴有心、脑、肾等重要脏器疾病的患者；④残疾或精神障碍等无法理解及接受治疗的患者；⑤已接受其他治疗方法的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Patients with recurrent metastatic breast cancer; (2)Patients with periarthritis of shoulder and a history of intraoperative limb trauma; (3) Accompanied by Patients with heart, brain, kidney and other important organ diseases; (4) Patients with disabilities or mental disorders who cannot be understood and treated; (5)Patients who have received other treatments.
