研究目的：

近年来，局部进展期胃癌患者围手术期FLOT化疗的应用受到越来越多的关注，但缺乏长期预后数据。在本研究中，我们的目的是基于真实世界数据评估和比较接受FLOT优先和选择手术优先患者的长期预后情况。  

Objectives of Study：

The utilization of perioperative FLOT chemotherapy for patients with locally advanced gastric cancer (LAGC) has garnered increasing interest over recent years. In this study, our objective is to evaluate and contrast the long-term oncological outcomes between patients undergoing FLOT-first and those opting for surgery-first strategies within a substantial real-world cohort.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

术前通过影像学检查诊断为cT3-4期；术后病理证实为胃腺癌；接受过标准的D2根治术或扩大D2根治术；无远处转移；年龄小于75岁；术前ECOG评分小于3分。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria required patients to meet the T3-4 stage, histologically confirmed adenocarcinoma, undergone curative surgery, absence of distant metastasis, age below 75 years, and ECOG performance status score no more than 2.

排除标准：

术前曾确诊过除胃癌以外的其他肿瘤；残胃癌；术前接受过放疗

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria included a history of previous malignancies, residual gastric cancer, and prior preoperative radiation therapy.
