研究目的：

分泌性中耳炎是中耳疾病的常见疾病之一，但其病因及治疗一直存在争议，依据分泌性中耳炎相关病因分类进行精准治疗的研究，指导临床，为分泌性中耳炎的防治研究提供新的线索及理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Secretory otitis media is one of the common diseases of the middle ear, but its etiology and treatment have always been controversial. According to the related etiology classification of secretory otitis media, precise treatment research is conducted to guide clinical practice and provide new clues and theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of secretory otitis media.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.耳闷塞感、传导性耳聋或混合型耳聋或耳鸣；2.鼓膜完整内陷或鼓室积液；3.声导抗示B型或C2型。

Inclusion criteria

1.stuffy or conductive deafness or mixed deafness or tinnitus 2.Complete invagination of the tympanic membrane or tympanic effusion 3.tympanogram type B or C2

排除标准：

1.化脓性中耳炎；2.鼓膜穿孔；3.肿瘤；4.严重的系统性疾病；5.失访的患者；6.对大环内酯类药物、质子泵抑制剂药物不耐受或过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.suppurative otitis media 2.tympanic membrane perforation 3.Patients with tumors 4.severe systemic diseases 5.patients who were lost to follow-up 6.People who are intolerant macrolides or proton pump inhibitors of drug or allergic .
