研究目的：

（1）主要研究目的：与自助式App预防模式相比，基于任务分担策略的App预防模式对孕产妇健康结局（抑郁状态、负性情绪症状、睡眠质量、育儿胜任感和社会支持）和农村地区实施结局（可及性、采纳性、实施性、可持续性）的影响。 （2）次要研究目的：确定实施的阻碍和促进因素  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Primary: To examine the effect of a task-sharing App-based intervention on health outcomes (depressive status, negative emotion symptom, sleep quality, parenting competence and social support) and implementation outcomes (reach, adoption, implementation, maintenance), compared to self-help App-based intervention. (2) Secondary: To identify the barriers and facilitators of implementation.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄大于 18 周岁；2）已在社区卫生中心建立孕期保健档案；3）孕 6-13 周；4）爱丁堡抑郁量表评分：EPDS＜13；5）知情同意，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1) ≥ 18 years old; 2) have established a pregnancy health care record at township health centers; 3) 6-13 weeks of pregnancy; 4) Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale: EPDS < 13; 5) informed consent.

排除标准：

1）既往或目前有严重精神疾病史；2）既往有脑损伤、智力障碍、认知功能障碍等严重疾病；3）正在参加其他心理干预项目者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) serious mental illness (previous or current); 2) history of serious illnesses such as brain injury, mental or cognitive dysfunction; 3) concurrent participation in other psychological intervention programs or psychotherapy.

以岳阳市平江县和益阳市安化县为研究地点。两县农村居民人均可支配收入与上级城市的比值相近（0.62 和 0.58），围产期妇女人数相似（12468 和 8230 ）,乡镇数量同为23。由一位不参加纳入受试对象和之后干预过程的生物统计学家应用 SAS 随机数字程序在每个县随机抽取两个乡镇。每个乡镇符合要求的研究对象将被邀请加入研究。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Pingjiang county in Yueyang city and Anhua county in Yiyang city will be chosen as the sites for this study. The ratio of the per capita disposable income of rural residents of the two counties is similar (0.62 vs 0.58), the number of perinatal women registered in the public health system of the two counties as aforementioned, and the number of the towns are all 23 respectively. A biostatistician who will not participate in the recruitment and the intervention process will apply the SAS random number procedure to randomly select two towns each county. Subjects who meet the requirements in each town will be invited to join this research.
